Miquilaue Young , is wife to James and homeschooling mom to 7 creative and energetic children. Her late Grandma Mattie had 5 homebirths and inspired Miquilaue to follow in her footsteps. Miquilaue has been blessed to have had 6 homebirths and loves to share about her beautiful birth experiences. She wrote "Mama Says Homebirth" with the desire to introduce African American children to the tradition of homebirth and the loving care of a midwife.
